Payment
After submitting the online registration form, you will receive a confirmation letter, and an invoice with payment instructions, by e-mail.
Participants are always responsible for the payment of the tuition fee, even if the employer will pay the tuition fee. Participants are requested to forward the invoice to their financial department and to make sure the tuition fee is paid before the deadline.
- A down payment of EURO 500 should be paid within 2 weeks.
- The total amount should be paid before July 13, 2012.
- Participants who apply for 3 weeks courses incl. accommodation in the Erasmus International House must pay the down payment before May 25, 2012. In case of cancellation after May 25, 2012, no refund is possible.
Cancellation
If you have registered but are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please be sure that he or she can present identification and a letter from the registered participant.
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Erasmus Summer Programme Organization.
- In case of cancellation before July 13, 2012 a refund is possible minus a service charge of EURO 75.
- In case of cancellation after July 13, 2012 no refund will be possible and the full amount will remain due.
- For participants who apply for 3 weeks courses incl. accommodation in the Erasmus International House: in case of cancellation before
May 25, 2012 a refund is possible minus a service charge of EURO 75.
In case of cancellation after May 25, 2012, no refund is possible.
How to apply?
- Participants of the NIHES degree programmes must apply via the NIHES Administrative office.
- Erasmus MC PhD candidates and ‘Keuzevak’ students should apply via www.NIHES.nl.
